Our managing director, Mike Kucha, is a multi-functional, multi-discipline business advisor. He has over thirty years of business experience with both public and private companies as a CEO, board member, corporate lawyer, venture capital investor, and business owner. From first-hand experience, he knows what it means to meet a payroll and the importance of finding investors in a time frame to maximize growth prospects.

He has been the turnaround and interim CEO of early stage technology companies on five occasions, has run his own manufacturing company, and has served on the board of directors of fourteen companies, including NYSE, AMX, and NASDAQ listed companies. His direct management and board level experience covers a variety of industry segments, including enterprise software, data management software, information services, telecom, manufacturing, printing and paper converting, industrial filtration, disk and tape drive manufacturing, semiconductors, consumer products, and recreational vehicles.
